How to make Chicken meatballs with pasta

Today we're going to be making one of the most loved Italian recipes on planet Earth THE PASTA. And why? well because it's flexible and you can make this dish for any type of gathering from eating pasta as a dish on it'sown to using it in salads and soups.

Pasta is a healthy ingredient constituting fibers and carbohydrates as well as delicious so its also good for the kids. And adding ingredients such as vegetables and meat (whichever you prefer but I mainly use chicken mince for my recipes) will make it much healthier and tastier. Due to the little amount of oil used to cook this recipe, it proves to be a great dietary meal.

So today I'm going to be teaching you how to make penne pasta with meatballs and it turns out delicious, As well as how you can make red sauce and white sauce at home which I'm going to be using in the dish but you can use these sauces for many other recipes as well.

Be sure to try the red sauce for the sweet and sour taste and the white sauce for its cheesy thick composition so let's start!

  • make sure no lumps remain then add a half cup of water and stir then add the mozzarella cheese, chicken powder, and the salt and stir till all the cheese melts

  • after the mince has marinated make it into small balls and shallow fry them
