Today we're going to be making one of the most loved Italian recipes on planet Earth THE PASTA. And why? well because it's flexible and you can make this dish for any type of gathering from eating pasta as a dish on it'sown to using it in salads and soups. Pasta is a healthy ingredient constituting fibers and carbohydrates as well as delicious so its also good for the kids. Today we're going to be making a creamy oreo pie, it is an ice cream dessert best for summer days. the best part about this dessert is that it's very easy to make and involves NO cooking or baking whatsoever. My kids love Oreo dessert whether its shakes or ice cream so the other day I had was browsing through my Pinterest and saw a recipe for a chocolate ice cream pie and decided to change up the recipe using Oreos instead of chocolate.  The pie turned out amazing, I made the base out of Oreos and topped it off with vanilla ice cream (You can use any flavored ice cream you like I have found that vanilla and chocolate works best) and whipped cream. It took about 10 minutes to crush the cookies, whip the cream and assemble it all together then it took about 8 hours to freeze properly and the end dish was amazing. It tasted great, everyone loved it and the cold ice cream helped beat off the heat. I even served it to my guests a few days later and this simple pie got me a
