How to make Creamy Oreo Pie

Today we're going to be making a creamy oreo pie, it is an ice cream dessert best for summer days. the best part about this dessert is that it's very easy to make and involves NO cooking or baking whatsoever.

My kids love Oreo dessert whether its shakes or ice cream so the other day I had was browsing through my Pinterest and saw a recipe for a chocolate ice cream pie and decided to change up the recipe using Oreos instead of chocolate.

The pie turned out amazing, I made the base out of Oreos and topped it off with vanilla ice cream (You can use any flavored ice cream you like I have found that vanilla and chocolate works best) and whipped cream.

It took about 10 minutes to crush the cookies, whip the cream and assemble it all together then it took about 8 hours to freeze properly and the end dish was amazing. It tasted great, everyone loved it and the cold ice cream helped beat off the heat. I even served it to my guests a few days later and this simple pie got me a lot of appreciations.

So let's get started and I even have a link to my youtube video of when I made the Oreo pie so be sure to check that out as well.

Ingredients you will need to make the oreo pie:
vanilla ice cream 1 liter
2 cup  crushed Oreo cookies
1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
2 tbs melted butter
2 tbs chocolate syrup
2 cup beaten whip cream

  • first, pour the 2 tbs melted butter into the 2 cup oreo crushed Oreos and mix well this will be the base of your pie.
  • after mixing the butter with the crushed oreo cookies pour them into the spring pan and level the cookies and cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes

  • add the 2 tbs chocolate syrup into the whipped cream and mix, then add the 1 cup Oreos into the cream and mix them all together.
  • (How to whip cream: 2 tetra pack 200ml + 1 tin condensed milk beat well and whip till fluffy)
  • after 30 minutes bring the spring pan back out and pour the ice cream into the pan
  • (make sure the ice cream is not fully melted otherwise the layers will not form )

  • after leveling the ice cream add the whipped cream on top and then place the pie into the refrigerator to cool for 8 hours

  • Your oreo pie is ready. Enjoy!
