How to make Chocolate Brownies

Today we're going to be making every chocolate lover's favorite cake THE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE!. I have made this cake countless times even tried different variations and today I'm going to teach you how to bake the chocolate brownie in the best and easiest way.

My kids like almost every other kid love chocolate and after I tried the brownie a few years back they just kept asking for more and even guests kept asking me for the recipe so today I decided to reveal my recipe. I hope you guys enjoy it.

I'm going to be making a poke cake where I will poke small holes in the cake after it comes out of the oven and ill pour the chocolate ganache in those holes so that the ganache seeps into the cake this will help keep the cake soft and you will be able to taste the chocolate ganache all through the cake not just on the top.

I even have the video of me baking the brownies linked below if you want to check that out too and if you like it be sure to subscribe to my channel and share with your friends and families.

Ingredients for the cake:
flour 2 1/2 cups
sugar 2 cup
cocoa powder 1/2 cup
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla essence
1/8 tsp salt
baking powder 1 Tsp
baking soda 1 tsp

1 cup milk

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven at 300 degrees
  • add the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, and baking soda together and mix

  • grease the baking tray with cooking oil
  • add the yogurt, cooking oil, vanilla essence, eggs together and stir well
  • add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and add one cup milk then mix to make a smooth paste
  • put the mixture in the baking tray (yogurt will help the brownie stay moist)

  • put in the oven at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
  • After 35 minutes check whether the cake is baked
(Note: To check if the cake is thoroughly baked take a knife and slide it poke it in the cake then pull it out if the batter is sticking to the knife that means the cake is not baked fully and if the knife is clean then the cake is baked

Ingredients for the chocolate ganache
1/2 cup milk
200 grams of butter
1 cup of cocoa powder
1 cup of sugar

Instructions for the chocolate ganache

cook all the ingredients on a medium flame till all the sugar and butter melts and you end up with a smooth mixture.
Assembling:
After the cake is baked using a straw poke holes into the cake from which the ganache will flow in the cake
when the ganache and the cake are ready, start pouring the ganache on the cake and into the holes you poked in the cake
let the cake sit for about 5 minutes then cut out pieces and voila your chocolate brownie is ready to be served.
(I prefer to serve my brownies hot but you can put the cake to cool then enjoy it however you like )

How to make Creamy Oreo Pie

Today we're going to be making a creamy oreo pie, it is an ice cream dessert best for summer days. the best part about this dessert is that it's very easy to make and involves NO cooking or baking whatsoever. My kids love Oreo dessert whether its shakes or ice cream so the other day I had was browsing through my Pinterest and saw a recipe for a chocolate ice cream pie and decided to change up the recipe using Oreos instead of chocolate.  The pie turned out amazing, I made the base out of Oreos and topped it off with vanilla ice cream (You can use any flavored ice cream you like I have found that vanilla and chocolate works best) and whipped cream. It took about 10 minutes to crush the cookies, whip the cream and assemble it all together then it took about 8 hours to freeze properly and the end dish was amazing. It tasted great, everyone loved it and the cold ice cream helped beat off the heat. I even served it to my guests a few days later and this simple pie got me a
